Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 October 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms are between you and John Arnot Hawkins, the seller of Review Radar (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
Review Radar is a free website that collects game review headlines from publicly available publisher feeds and lets you filter them, read them on the publisher's own site, and ask the built-in AI for short summaries of those reviews.
2. Acceptance and changes
By continuing to use the Service you accept these terms. The seller may update them; the "last updated" date above shows the current version.
3. Your account
Some features need an account. You must keep your sign-in details confidential and you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell the seller straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
4. Misuse of the Service
You must not use the Service to:
- do anything unlawful, or defraud or spam anyone;
- infringe somebody else's intellectual property (copyright, trademarks, or content you have no right to use);
- interfere with its security — including spreading malware, probing or scanning for weaknesses, or scraping the Service in bulk;
- overload it, for example by automated requests that go far beyond normal browsing.
5. Acceptable and prohibited use of the AI
The AI feature summarises review headlines that already exist. You must not use it to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment, malware, or to try to bypass the Service's limits or safety behaviour.
You are responsible for the prompts you send, for how you use the output, and for checking that anything you rely on is accurate. Only submit content you have the right to use.
AI output may be wrong, out of date, or unrepresentative of what reviewers actually said. It is not professional advice and must not be used as a substitute for reading the review.
The seller may moderate, restrict or remove content and outputs, refuse to answer a request, and suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The seller owns the Service and its own software, design, branding and documentation. Review text, scores and artwork belong to the publishers that wrote them; Review Radar only shows short excerpts and links back to the original article.
If you believe your work has been copied in a way that infringes your rights, contact the seller with the URL and a description of the work. The seller will remove infringing material and may suspend repeat offenders.
7. Cost
Review Radar is free. Browsing, filtering, saved reviews and the AI highlights feature cost nothing, and there are no paid plans or subscriptions.
8. Service level and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". Review Radar depends on third-party publisher feeds, so a feed can be delayed, changed or switched off at any time and some games may be missing. The seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and does not guarantee that publisher scores or AI summaries are accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are excluded, and liability for indirect or consequential loss (loss of profits, data or goodwill) is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
9. Suspension and termination
The seller may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. When access ends, your saved reviews and account data are deleted within 30 days unless the law requires them to be kept.
10. General
You may not transfer these terms to someone else without the seller's consent; the seller may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation. If anything here is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of the seller's place of residence, and the courts there have jurisdiction. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
